Infrared Imaging for Hidden Issues

Thermal imaging can help pinpoint potential concerns such as plumbing leaks, moisture intrusion or exposure, heat loss, air leakage, electrical hot spots, and inadequate insulation. These conditions are often hidden behind finished surfaces and may not be visible to the naked eye, making infrared imaging a valuable diagnostic tool when conditions are appropriate.

When used as part of the inspection process, thermal imaging provides an added layer of insight and confidence. Findings from the thermal scan are documented where applicable and included in the inspection report, helping support informed decision-making and a clearer understanding of the property’s overall performance.
